Albanian Youth (NextGen Professionals) Membership Agreement

Welcome to Albanian Youth (NextGen Professionals)! By joining our community, you are becoming part of a vibrant network dedicated to fostering professional growth, sharing valuable resources, and creating meaningful connections. To ensure our community remains a supportive and enriching environment for all members, we ask that you agree to the following terms and conditions as part of your membership agreement.

Confidentiality Agreement

As a member of Albanian Youth (NextGen Professionals), you may have access to confidential information that is not publicly available. This information may include, but is not limited to, personal data of members, strategic plans, event details, and proprietary resources.

You agree to:

• Not disclose or share any confidential information with third parties without explicit permission from the Albanian Youth leadership team.
• Use confidential information solely for the purpose of participating in and contributing to Albanian Youth activities and initiatives.
• Protect confidential information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Code of Conduct

• Albanian Youth (NextGen Professionals) is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all members. To uphold these values, you agree to:
• Treat all members with respect, regardless of their race, religion, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Engage in professional and constructive communication, avoiding any form of negative speech, harassment, or offensive behavior.
• Refrain from any acts of racism, hatred, or discrimination.
• Avoid initiating or participating in any physical or verbal fights.
• Respect the timing and schedule of all events, meetings, and activities, recognizing the importance of punctuality and commitment.

Agreement to Terms

By continuing your membership with Albanian Youth (NextGen Professionals), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement. You understand that violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of your membership.

This membership becomes in power at the moment of submitting your request and remains active indefinitely unless formally terminated by either party.

We are excited to have you on board and look forward to your active participation and contributions to our community. Together, we can achieve great things and create a positive impact for Albanian youth professionals.
