Albanian Youth is North America’s largest networking initiative for Albanian professionals, founded in January 2024 by Valentin Cela and a team of 10 expert young Albanian-Canadian professionals. Our vibrant community has grown to include over 350 dedicated members, all committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

At Albanian Youth, our vision is to give everyone a chance to promote their values and join the largest Albanian young professionals network in North America.

Albanian Youth is proud to be led by a dynamic team of 10 experts, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to our organization. Albanian Youth initiatives showcases the full roster of our dedicated team members, who work tirelessly to create value for our community. These professionals come from diverse backgrounds and industries, ensuring that our network can support members across various career paths.
What Albanian Youth Offers
In-Person Networking: We organize regular events designed to bring together like-minded professionals, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the formation of strategic partnerships. This is greatly achieved in Tuesday Think Tank (Klubi i te Martes), a monthly event, every third Tuesday of the month.
Workshops and Conferences: Our events, including the Albanian NextGen Professional Conference, are curated to inspire and educate, equipping members with the latest industry insights and skills. This conference will be held in 2025, 15 February in Niagara, with Albanian professionals from the USA, Canada, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and the Republic of North Macedonia, as the largest Marathon of Networking, with over 1000 people.
Career Development: Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and academic institutions, we offer internships, mentorships, and job placements to advance our members’ careers
Online Resource Hub: Our comprehensive digital platform serves as a central repository for resources, job opportunities, and success stories, supporting our community members in their professional growth
Newcomer Support
At Albanian Youth, we understand that transitioning to a new environment can be challenging. Our Newcomer Support program is designed to assist individuals who are new to North America or the professional landscape. We offer:
Mentorship Opportunities: Pairing newcomers with experienced professionals who can provide guidance and support as they navigate their new surroundings.
Workshops for Integration: Specialized sessions focused on cultural acclimatization, job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation tailored for newcomers.
Networking Opportunities: Events specifically aimed at connecting newcomers with established professionals within the community to foster relationships and expand their networks.
Albanian Canadian Development Alternative X Albanian Youth
Albanian Youth has proudly partnered with other organizations bringing the upcoming Albanian Book Festival on November 30 and December 1, exemplifies our joint efforts to uplift the community.
This inaugural event aims to celebrate Albanian literature and foster a sense of community among book lovers, authors, and the broader public by showcasing works from over 350 Albanian authors in both Albanian and English. Together, we strive to create enriching experiences that empower individuals and foster a sense of belonging among Albanian youth in North America. Our commitment to this festival reflects our vision of empowering individuals through knowledge sharing and creating opportunities for meaningful connections within the Albanian community. This partnership not only enhances our events but also reinforces our collective mission to support each other in every endeavor, ensuring that we continue to make a positive impact within our community.
